Habena Freight Limited, a registered company authorized by Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) to carry out clearing and forwarding services in all customs areas including ports, airports, and border points.

A digital portal which enables exporters to apply for, retrieve, and manage issued FERI certificates.

A mandatory document that accompanies all shipments transported to the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is the responsibility of the party designated for the freight movement of the shipment/consignment, to ensure that the required applicable FERI certification has been issued.

Failure to secure a valid FERI Certificate results in heavy fines and penalties. Checking of certificates will be carried out at points of entry into the DRC, at points of origin of shipments and in transit, for all shipments continuing en route to the Democratic Republic of Congo. 

Attestation de Destination also known as a Certificate of Destination (COD), is a mandatory document required for transit of goods into the Democratic Republic of Congo.

FXI is a Unique Identification  that is displayed on the GICHE document. This number also represents the Tax Registration ID of a business in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The FXI number is mandatory and should be included on every FERI application.

A bill of lading is a legal document issued by a carrier to a shipper that details the type, quantity, and destination of the goods being carried.

A commercial invoice is a crucial document required for international shipping and customs clearance. It serves as a contract of sale between the seller and buyer, detailing the goods being shipped, their value, and other relevant information.
