Introduction

Habena Freight Limited ("we", "us") is registered company authorized by Tanzania Revenue Authority to carry out Clearing and Forwarding services in all customs areas including ports, airports, and border points.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our services and are effective as of the date you accept them.

To this end, we provide the following digital tools:

  • E-FERI Application Manager:
    A digital portal which enables agents to submit applications for valid FERI and A.D Certificates.
  • E-FERI Agent Portal:
    A digital portal which enables agents to view, pay invoices, manage billing and business profile information.
  • E-FERI Partner Portal:
    A digital portal which enables agents to join, access partner benefits, and manage all aspects of their partner profile.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request erasure of your Personal Data, which we will comply with upon receiving a valid request.

Data Portability

You have the right to transfer your Personal Data to another provider, which we will assist you in doing.
